Professional Experience
I have been buying and selling real estate since 1973. My knowledge of real estate includes negotiating contracts for commercial and residential use in NYC and I have converted rent controlled apartments into rent stabilized apartments.
My professional experience extends beyond real estate. I did research and specialized testing in ophthalmology, I was music editor and associate producer for Mutual Broadcasting, editor and advertising director for Fairfield & Westchester Design Guide and I still do photography and design one of a kind knit art wear.
Having such a diverse background has afforded me a solid foundation for organizational skills, negotiation skills, people skills and above all, the ability to really listen to what someone is saying. There is no limit to my energy, enthusiasm and focus.
I have been a resident of Pound Ridge for over 23 years. I know the community and surrounding areas well. Having raised two sons, I am well acquainted with both the private and public schools.
Business Philosophy
Buying or selling your home is likely to be the most important decision you will make and can be life altering. I want you to have a positive experience.
If you are looking to buy a home, my mission is to provide you with choices that meet your criteria. My goal is not to sell you the house, but to lead you in the right direction. The right house for you will sell itself!
If you are selling your home, you want to get your price and sell as fast as possible. I will work with you in an efficient and timely manner.
Community Involvement
I am an active volunteer for the Puppies Behind Bars program. I socialize puppies that are being trained for explosive detection and as companions for disabled war veterans.
