A Note From Vincent & Whittemore About COVID-19

To our clients & community,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our area. For Vincent & Whittemore Real Estate, that means understanding how it affects our clients, agents, staff, and our communities, and then making the right adjustments to our work and operations.

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak here in our backyard, the Vincent & Whittemore team would like to reassure our clients that we are taking precautions for everyone’s safety within our establishment. We are following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our agents and staff on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick.  Our office is temporarily closed to everyone with exception of essential staff.  All our Agents are working remotely from home.

We know that you have scheduled open houses, showings, and other events with us. If you have any concerns, please call us and we will be happy to discuss and reschedule if necessary. Simply call (914) 234-3642, and we will take care of it. We also ask that if you have been exposed to anyone who is or may be carrying the COVID-19 virus that you call to reschedule your event for a date at least 2 weeks after exposure. We will make sure to accommodate your rescheduling.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can do to protect you and our agents/staff. Thank you for your cooperation and as always we continue to provide the long-standing and faultless commitment to our clients.
